**Using Your Emjoi Hand Blender**
Before using your Emjoi Hand Blender for the first time, it’s important to clean the blender according to the “quick cleaning” section. Remember, the running time of the unit without load should not exceed 15 seconds. The blades are extremely sharp, so handle them with care. Always ensure that the hand-held blender is unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.
**Instructions for Blender:**
1. Each operation cycle should not last more than 1 minute, and a rest time of 3 minutes must be observed between two consecutive cycles.
2. To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, turn the shaft anti-clockwise until tightened. To disassemble, simply turn in the opposite direction.
3. Plug the hand-held blender into the power outlet.
4. Lower the hand-held blender into the food, then press and hold the low speed or high-speed button to start operating.
5. Release the low-speed or high-speed button to stop the hand-held blender.
**Instructions for Chopper:**
1. Each operation cycle should not exceed 30 seconds, and a rest time of 3 minutes must be observed between two consecutive cycles.
2. Place the chopper bowl on a clean, level surface.
3. Assemble the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl as shown.
4. Place food into the chopper bowl. Note: When chopping meat, remove bones and cut into small pieces. The maximum quantity of meat per blending cycle should not exceed 200g.
5. Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl by pressing it down. To detach the lid, lift it up.
6. Insert the motor unit into the hole of the chopper lid.
7. Lower the hand-held blender into the food, then press and hold the low-speed or high-speed button to start operating.
8. Release the low-speed or high-speed button to stop the appliance.
9. After chopping, unplug the power outlet and remove the motor unit from the chopper lid by turning it anti-clockwise.
10. Open the chopper lid by turning it anti-clockwise and remove the chopped food.
**Instructions for Egg White Beater:**
1. To assemble the egg white beater with the motor unit, turn the whisk anti-clockwise until tightened. To disassemble, turn in the opposite direction.
2. Plug the hand-held blender into the power outlet.
3. Place egg white into the cup, generally, two egg whites are sufficient.
4. Lower the hand-held blender into the food, then press and hold the low-speed or high-speed button to start operating.
5. Release the low-speed or high-speed button to stop the hand-held blender.
